Join us at the all-new, premier live music venue in Parker county. Conveniently located off I-20 in Willow Park, within walking distance of the Springhill Suites. The District features a state-of-the-art 1,500 – 2,000 capacity outdoor amphitheater with concert-quality sound & lights.

Do I need a ticket? Can I buy individual tickets for the event?This is a private, table sponsored event. Individual tickets are available for $500 each. Each attendee must be included on the guest list for a registered table.

When is the event and what time will it begin?Saturday October 11th, 2024. Doors will open at approximately 5:30pm for socializing & drinks. Dinner will be served at 6:45pm. The concert will begin at 8:15pm and last approximately 1.5 hours.

What is the suggested dress code?Put on your boots and hats! Our event will have a country-chic feel, and we want you to be comfortable. We’ll be outside (under cover) for the entire evening, so keep that in mind. For men, we suggest nice jeans or khakis with a collared shirt; a sport coat is optional. For women, a dress or nice jeans with an evening blouse would be ideal.

Are children allowed at the event?Because there will be an open bar, this will be an adult-only event.

How much does parking cost at the event?Parking will be free of charge to all attendees.

Is this tax deductible?Seek Collaborative Education Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3). We will provide each sponsor with appropriate invoices and tax documentation. Federal Tax ID: 93-3440216

Do I need a business to purchase a table?No! We welcome families or friends to purchase a table. We are able to split a table into multiple invoices if needed, just ask!
